Sure do, ONLY if an UNWORN item is returned within 7 days of purchase. You can only exchange within the size of the shirt design purchase. If a size isn't available you can you exchange for a shirt of a different design. Yep, pretty much same as above, the shirt has to be in new condition and unworn. I will only replace items if they are defective or have production damage or flaws. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
ALSO, Any item not in its original condition, for reasons not due to my error OR Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery there will be NO SOUP FOR YOU. Meaning no refund, sorry.
You may receive a refund for any item in which can't offer a suitable replacement. If I don't have the size in stock or if there aren't any offerings that you would like of equal or lesser value I will provide a refund. For bulk orders please see the fund policy outlined on your INVOICE. Once your return is received and inspected, I will confirm the amount of refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, This can take between 3-7 business days. Bulk orders will be prorated at the per piece price less any labor and shipping cost. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale, discounted and discontinued items cannot be refunded.
